Glenda Santiago Marrero is the founder and managing attorney of Santiago Marrero Law, PLLC, a women-led immigration law firm rooted in compassion, cultural pride, and community service. Born in Puerto Rico and deeply connected to her ancestral heritage, Glenda honors the values instilled in her by her parents—service, resilience, and integrity—in every aspect of her legal practice.

Glenda is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., and exclusively focuses on federal immigration law, proudly serving clients across the United States. Prior to founding her firm, she spent years as a public servant in immigration, where she gained firsthand experience navigating the complexities of our legal system and advocating for those often overlooked.

Her practice areas include family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, naturalization, and removal defense. Glenda is known for her patient and personalized approach, ensuring each client feels heard, informed, and empowered throughout their journey. She also leads her firm with a commitment to building a compassionate, inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities they serve.
